The Roach is basically a cross between our BS model and the Crutch. Its' nose is pulled in more than the Crutch, but is wider than the BS. It has similar rocker to the Crutch, and can easily be ridden like a modern short board. The most common tail design is a single bump swallow. A quad fin setup is used and is usually 2" to 3" shorter than your short board.
