This sandal was originally made for the guys but Reef soon discovered that the girls liked the style as well. Therefore, Reef began producing the Slap in different colors for the girls. Instead of making a new, expensive foot bed mold for the girl’s sandal they decided to use the men’s mold. On the heel portion of the sandal, Reef has placed a sticker over the men’s size. This sticker has the CORRECT GIRLS SIZE. If the sticker is peeled off the equivalent men’s size is molded into the sandal. For example, if you already own a pair of WOMENS Slaps and the heel of the foot bed reads 8 you will need to order one size larger, a size 9. If you do not already own a pair of these, KEEP IT SIMPLE. Just order the size you normally wear in girl’s shoes. That’s what works! |
