James’ board is similar to the Boomhower outline, but features a more pronounced pintail & comes standard in 5/8” thickness instead of 3/4”. The aggressive pintail allows for quicker, tighter turning in large waves such as Cali or Cabo. The combination of the pintail with the 5/8” thickness will also give you better hold and control when riding siders or flying down the line at Wedge. If you’re on the west coast or skim big gnarly waves like James, this is the board for you.
