RETURN GUIDELINES:

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.

All items must be unused or in like-new condition with Tags Still Attached.

Clothing must be unwashed and shoes must be unlaced and unworn and in original packaging.

Decks and parts must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Any Custom Complete Skateboards or Decks that have been grip tapped or bodyboards that have been deck plugged are NEVER RETURNABLE and considered final sale.

Videos, CD's and DVD's must be unopened and in original packaging.

All Sunglasses must be in original packaging and be in unused or brand new condition!

Exceptions will exist if there is a manufacturer defect.
Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange. Once product condition is determined, we will issue a refund or exchange the product.
For the quickest processing, please e-mail customer service at CustomerHelp@bravesurf.com to obtain a return authorization number. If you would like to return your item(s), please state your reason for the return on your invoice, follow the instructions on your package slip and mail your package back via US Mail Return Receipt. There are options at the Post Office to have a delivery confirmation for an additional $0.45 or insuring your package. Ask your Post Office representative for more details. Please be sure and send your items back postage paid, packages sent postage due will not be accepted and will be refused.

NO ITEM EXCHANGES:
Due to the changing nature of our inventory, Bravesurf.com can not accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund.
WARRANTY:
Warranties against defects in materials and/or workmanship, on most items, are established and honored by the manufacturer for one year.
CREDITING YOUR RETURNS:
Brave New World will refund your credit card account once the items are received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit refunds to be given. Every credit card has different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
RETURNING A GIFT:
If you are returning a gift, we will refund the credit card that the purchaser used upon receipt of the merchandise.
BACK ORDERS:
We make every effort to keep a good stock on all items in our online catalog. In the event that an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will back order for you. Additionally, we will promptly inform you by email, with an estimate of how long it might be before it is back in stock. At that time you can either agree to wait or cancel your order. Your credit card is never charged until an item is shipped!
